How is the procedure for requesting an application at TIA?
In general, the application submission process goes through several stages. Starting from creating a URS, creating a timeline, designing a database and UI, coding process, testing and training.
Who can apply and request to create an application at TIA?
Each department that has needs related to custom applications (category 5), that can follow the SOP system development standards.
How long does process, take to create an application from start to publish?
Application creation from scratch, with completion following standard application creation procedures is 3-6 months, depending on the level of difficulty of the application.
What are the user's obligations when submitting an application?
The user is obliged to prepare documents related to URS, timeline, testing after the application is completed (with IT) and training for end users.
What if the user does not prepare documents according to the system development SOP?
The application must not be used officially and must not be published.
Can official / published application have new functions added or its function changed to another process flow?
Applications can have functions added to their modules, but the process flow cannot be changed because it will change the application's coding system as a whole.
